Job Description
Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
Update product information, pricing, descriptions, and images.
Process and monitor customer orders from placement to delivery.
Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle returns, replacements, refunds, and customer queries.
Monitor seller account performance and maintain platform compliance.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipping and delivery.
Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel.
Resolve operational issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
