Job Description

Brand: House of Syren

Location: Gurgaon

Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Gender Preference: Female

Work Model: Hybrid


Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Verification: Call customers to confirm order details, address accuracy, and COD requests.
  • Dispatch & Logistics: Generate courier AWBs, prepare shipping manifests, package orders discreetly, and hand over to pickup executives.
  • Stock & Quality Control: Conduct garment quality and size checks, maintain physical inventory counts, and track packaging material supplies.
  • Customer Support: Manage order queries on WhatsApp/Email and follow up on courier delivery status/NDRs.

Requirements:

  • Must own a personal laptop for managing order dashboards and generating AWBs/manifests.
  • Good phone communication skills and polite customer interaction.
  • Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket/Delhivery dashboards, or Excel is a plus).
  • Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Gurgaon resident preferably nearby Sector 48 / Sohna Road / Golf Course Extension Road).
