Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketing professional with strong expertise in Ayurveda and/or cosmetics product categories. The candidate will be responsible for managing online marketplace performance, improving product visibility, driving sales growth, and optimizing listings across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion
• Develop and manage A+ content / enhanced brand content
• Drive revenue growth through strategic product positioning and campaigns
• Perform keyword research and SEO optimization for product listings
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
• Coordinate with design/content teams for listing creatives and catalog updates
• Manage inventory coordination and ensure listing accuracy
• Run marketplace promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns (if applicable)
• Analyze competitor listings and market trends in Ayurveda/cosmetics category

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or marketplace management
• Strong experience in Ayurveda, herbal, skincare, or cosmetics products preferred
• Hands-on experience with product listing optimization and catalog management
• Knowledge of A+ content creation and brand store management
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with focus on ROI and revenue growth
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance marketing or marketplace ads
• Knowledge of branding and digital content strategy
• Basic understanding of Excel/reporting tools
