Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage online product listings, order processing, customer support, and marketplace operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of online selling platforms and good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on E-commerce platforms.

• Update product details, pricing, and stock availability.
• Handle online customer inquiries and support.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch.
• Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports.
• Handle returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.
• Ensure timely updates of product images and descriptions.
• Support promotional activities and online campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
