E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and customer support while ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Process and track customer orders and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
• Optimize product listings for better visibility.
• Resolve customer queries and support online promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Good Excel skills and strong communication abilities.
