Job Description

🚨 URGENT HIRING – E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

We are urgently looking for an E-Commerce Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations
  • Product listing & cataloguing
  • Manage product variations, SKUs, sizes, colours and packs
  • Update product titles, descriptions, images and attributes
  • Maintain accurate product dimensions & weight
  • Handle account health queries, listing issues and marketplace support tickets
  • Respond to marketplace emails
  • Handle customer complaints and order-related queries
  • Process and monitor orders, cancellations, returns and refunds
  • Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams
  • Ensure listings and catalogue information remain accurate and updated

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce operations preferred
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart preferred
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
