E-commerce Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon.in accounts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving account performance, optimizing advertising ROI, and managing Amazon marketplace operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon.in seller/vendor accounts.
• Create and manage single and bulk product listings.
• Develop and optimize A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC/Ads campaigns.
• Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and other sales initiatives.
• Monitor ACOS, ROAS, ROI, sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, rankings, and sales.
• Analyze marketplace data and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize advertising budgets to maximize profitability and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, content, and order-related requirements.
• Stay updated with Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and competitor activities.
• Requirements3+ years of proven experience in Amazon.in account management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads/PPC and campaign optimization.
• Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Store creation.
• Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CVR, and other marketplace KPIs.
• Experience in product listing, catalog management, promotions, and sales growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage and grow Amazon accounts.
