Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
- Inform customers about outstanding amounts and payment due dates.
- Follow up with customers regularly for payment recovery.
- Take payment commitments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and collection records.
- Update daily calling and recovery status in the system/Excel.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Follow company policies and recovery guidelines.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, collection, or recovery is preferred.
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
