Job Description
- Ride Coordination: Assign bookings and distribute work to chauffeurs while creating efficient travel itineraries.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Track vehicle locations and monitor trip status to guarantee timely and accurate arrivals.
- Client & Driver Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact to address customer inquiries, process specific client requests, and resolve any in-transit issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all chauffeurs maintain the company's premium service standards and adhere to corporate travel policies.
