About the Role Ready Coder is looking for a proactive and energetic Digital Marketing Executive who can handle digital marketing activities while also supporting business development through outbound calling and lead generation.

The role is a combination of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, SEO, Lead Generation . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on digital platforms as well as speaking with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and maintain company social media profiles, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and publish regular social media content.
• Develop ideas for reels, videos, posts, carousels and other digital content.
• Record short videos/reels for the company's social media and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the team for content creation, creatives and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach and performance.
• Research current social media trends and implement relevant content strategies.

Freshers with good communication skills and a genuine interest in digital marketing are also welcome to apply.
