Job Description
- Collect parcels, documents, or packages from clients/customers at scheduled times.
- Deliver items safely and promptly to designated addresses.
- Verify recipient information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure packages are handled with care to avoid damage.
- Maintain communication with dispatch team for updates and route changes.
- Keep delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good working condition.
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines during transit.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to supervisors.
