Job Title: Delivery Executive
Job SummaryHum ek responsible aur hardworking Delivery Executive ki hiring kar rahe hain jo orders ko customers tak safely aur time par deliver kar sake. Candidate ko local routes ki basic knowledge honi chahiye aur customer ke saath politely interact karna aana chahiye.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssigned orders ko pick up karke customers tak time par deliver karna.
- Delivery details verify karke order ka proper handover karna.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payments collect karna (agar applicable ho).
- Delivery status ko app/system mein update karna.
- Traffic rules aur company guidelines follow karna.
- Delivery ke dauran customer queries ko politely handle karna.
