Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Update records and track payment status
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve debt issues
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in debt recovery or collections is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
