Job Description
Hiring: DRA Telecallers – SBI Credit Card Recovery (Write-Off Portfolio)
📍 Location: Rajendra Place, Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
Requirements:
- DRA Certification mandatory
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Credit Card/Collection/Recovery process
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented approach
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle SBI Credit Card Write-Off Recovery portfolio
- Make outbound collection calls to customers
- Negotiate settlements and payment plans
- Follow up on PTPs and ensure timely recoveries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
