Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain our database records. In this role, you will ensure high data accuracy, conduct regular quality checks, and keep our digital files well-organized and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Input: Accurately enter customer, account, and operational details from source files into company databases and spreadsheets.
• Quality Assurance: Review entered information for errors, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all records are complete and up to date.
• Record Management: Organize digital records systematically, support routine data backups, and adhere to confidentiality protocols.
• Reporting: Assist the team in compiling standard daily and weekly operational reports.
• Information Retrieval: Quickly retrieve files and respond to internal queries regarding database records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers welcome).
• Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Computer Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
• Language Skills: Good understanding of English and Hindi.
• Key Traits: Strong eye for detail, reliable time management, and confidentiality.
