Data Annotator

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and label road images, videos, and survey data to support AI and computer vision model development.
• Review and classify road conditions, pavement defects, road assets, and infrastructure features as per defined annotation guidelines.
• Validate and cross-check AI-generated outputs against source imagery and predefined quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on annotated datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Assist in road inventory, asset identification, and GIS-related data annotation activities.
• Identify and report annotation errors, inconsistencies, and unclear cases to the QA/engineering team.
• Follow project-specific annotation guidelines and maintain high levels of accuracy across datasets.
• Collaborate with Civil Engineering, AI, Product, and Quality Assurance teams to improve data quality and annotation workflows.
• Support data preparation and documentation for AI-driven road condition assessment and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
• Participate in training, calibration exercises, and continuous improvement of annotation processes.
