Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Cutting Master to manage fabric cutting operations for school uniforms. The candidate should be capable of handling bulk production while ensuring maximum fabric utilization, accurate measurements, and timely completion of cutting plans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute cutting plans according to production requirements.
• Read and understand patterns, markers, and measurement sheets.
• Ensure accurate fabric spreading and cutting as per approved specifications.
• Minimize fabric wastage by maintaining high marker efficiency.
• Verify fabric quality before cutting and report any defects immediately.
• Ensure correct size-wise ratio and bundle preparation.
• Maintain proper bundle numbering and identification.
• Coordinate with the production, stitching, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Operate and supervise cutting machines and equipment safely.
• Maintain daily cutting records and production reports.
• Ensure all school uniform components are cut accurately according to approved designs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cutting department.
• Train and supervise cutting helpers whenever required.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of garment cutting techniques.
• Experience in marker planning and fabric consumption.
• Knowledge of different fabrics used in school uniforms such as cotton, polyester, poly-cotton, fleece, and knitted fabrics.
• Ability to work under production deadlines.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• QualificationMinimum: 10th Pass.
• ITI or Diploma in Garment Technology is preferred.
• ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cutting Master in a garment manufacturing unit.
• Experience in school uniform manufacturing will be preferred.
• Working Hours 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (or as per company policy).
• Overtime will be paid as per company rules.
• Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Salary will depend on experience, skill, and production efficiency.
