Job Description

We are a growing D2C eco-conscious apparel brand selling through our own website and Myntra. Great products deserve an equally great customer experience, and we’re looking for someone to own it.


You will be our voice, from the moment a customer places an order to well after it reaches them, you’ll make sure they feel heard, valued and happy to buy again.


Key Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Call customers to confirm COD orders and verify address and contact details
  • Follow up on prepaid orders and keep customers updated on dispatch and delivery
  • Handle undelivered/NDR shipments: contact customers and coordinate re-attempts with courier partners
  • Work to reduce cancellations and RTOs

Customer Support

  • Resolve queries, complaints, returns, exchanges and refunds via call, WhatsApp, email and Instagram DMs
  • Guide customers on sizing, fabric and product care
  • Track Myntra returns and customer issues; coordinate resolution with the team
  • Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch on delayed or wrong shipments

Sales & Retention

  • Call abandoned-cart customers and convert them into orders
  • Share offers, new launches and sale updates with existing customers
  • Run repeat-purchase and win-back calls for past buyers
  • Manage WhatsApp broadcasts and customer groups

Feedback & Brand Building

  • Collect post-delivery feedback, reviews and ratings on the website and Myntra
  • Gather customer photos and testimonials for social media
  • Share recurring complaints, sizing issues and product suggestions with the product team

Reporting

  • Maintain the customer database and call records
  • Share daily/weekly reports on confirmation rate, RTO, returns and customer issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication in Hindi and English
  • Warm, confident and patient phone manner
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets/Excel and basic computer use
  • Organised, self-driven and able to take full ownership
  • Experience in telecalling, customer support or e-commerce is a plus; freshers with strong communication are welcome
  • Interest in fashion and sustainable living is a bonus
