Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan and financial products.
• Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collection teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily activity reports and update CRM records.
