Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, sales coordination, and CRM operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer databases, handling customer queries, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the company's CRM software and customer database.
• Monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and service teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer records and order details.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to CRM processes.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for customer engagement campaigns.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
• Good customer handling and complaint resolution skills.
• Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA will be preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales operations.
