Role: Customer Service Executive – Domestic BPO

🔹 Process Details:

We are hiring for multiple Domestic Customer Service processes:

✔ Blended Process (70% Chat | 30% Voice)

✔ 100% Voice Process (Travel / Mobility Support)

✔ Inbound Customer Queries

✔ No Sales Target

Process allocation will be based on communication skills and business requirement.

🔹 Working Days & Shift:

📅 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)

🕒 9 Hours Shift

🚖 One-Way Cab Drop Facility for shifts ending after 9:00 PM

💰 Salary Structure:

🎓 Fresher – Undergraduate:

₹15,500 per month

🎓 Fresher – Graduate:

₹19,500 - 22,500 per month

💼 Experienced Candidates:

₹14,500 – ₹14,900 per month
