Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via voice calls and live chat platforms.
- Provide detailed information about fashion products, sizing, availability, materials, styling tips, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, cancellations, and returns/exchanges.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and internal departments to follow up on orders and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools or ticketing systems.
- Stay up to date with new product lines, collections, and brand guidelines.
