Job Description

Taking inbound calls & understand Customer

Need and handle their queries convert leads for the company through telephonic conversation.

Generate leads and make calls to potential Customers. 

Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, Line ups or queries.

Stick to the company script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the customer care executive job role.

Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new property.

Be aware of the latest industry trends as a customer care executive.

Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and concerns.
