We are hiring a female Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide product support, and maintain excellent customer service over calls, WhatsApp, and email.

*Responsibilities:*  

- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to WhatsApp/email queries  

- Resolve customer complaints and provide product information  

- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback  

- Coordinate with sales and logistics team for order updates  

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience  

*Requirements:*  

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English  

- Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude  

- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge  

- Prior experience in customer care is a plus but freshers can apply
