Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage candidate and employer communications, support platform operations, verify company accounts, and ensure a seamless user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to candidate and employer queries via email and chat.
  • Manage customer interactions through CRM and support platforms.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide timely assistance.
  • Monitor and report suspicious or fraudulent activities.
  • Assist employers with job posting and platform-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities.
  • Verify company accounts and conduct basic background checks.


Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer and email handling skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support processes.


Working hours: 10:30am - 07:30pm (Work from Office role).

Working days: Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off).

Experience: Minimum 6 months.

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month.

Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate.
