Credit Card Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and communication-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for explaining our services, answering queries, and driving sales conversions or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with prospective clients using potential lead lists.

Product Knowledge: Understand and pitch our services/products clearly and effectively to customers.

Lead Conversion: Qualify leads, handle customer objections, and close deals or schedule follow-up appointments/meetings.

Data Management: Accurately maintain and update customer records, call logs, and feedback in the CRM database.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales/lead generation targets.

Relationship Building: Build a strong rapport with customers through excellent listening and persuasion skills.
