Role Overview

The Content Writer will create compelling and intelligent content that strengthens the digital presence of Hub and Oak across real estate, coworking, interiors and project services. The role focuses on producing high quality written material for websites, social media, marketing campaigns and property focused communication. The applicant should understand brand voice, research driven writing and real estate context.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website content

Write clear and informative content for landing pages, service pages and blogs.

Ensure keyword optimisation across all pages while maintaining an intelligent and premium tone.

2. Social media content

Draft high quality captions, posts, scripts and long form content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.

Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding.

3. Property communication

Write descriptions for listings, brochures, project briefs and client communication.

Present residential and commercial spaces in a polished and engaging manner.

4. Research and ideation

Conduct topic research across real estate, coworking trends, interior design, construction and investment topics.

Generate content ideas that support lead generation and brand positioning.

5. Script writing

Develop scripts for videos, reels, interviews and brand features.

Support the Online Presenter and video team with structured narratives.

6. Editing and proofreading

Review all written output for accuracy, clarity, grammar and brand alignment.

Ensure consistency of tone across all verticals of Hub and Oak.

7. SEO and analytics

Implement SEO best practices including keyword research, meta descriptions and internal linking.

Use analytics insights to refine content strategy and improve performance.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience as a content writer or similar role

3. Excellent command over English language

4. Ability to translate complex information into clear and premium content

5. Familiarity with SEO tools and basic analytics

6. Ability to write for different formats including website pages, blogs, scripts and social media

Preferred Qualifications

1. Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
