Job Description
* Maintain complete accounts for all construction sites.
* Handle site-wise expenses, contractor bills, labour payments and petty cash.
* Maintain purchase records, invoices and vendor accounts.
* Prepare site-wise cost reports, MIS and monthly financial reports.
* Reconcile bank, vendor and contractor accounts.
* Ensure proper documentation of bills, vouchers and supporting records.
* Manage GST, TDS and other accounting compliances.
* Coordinate with site engineers, purchase team and management.
* Maintain accurate records of all accounting-related activities for each project.
