*Job Description*

The Collection Manager is responsible for managing the collection teams and portfolios… This role involves leading a big team or floor of collections agents and various portfolios, monitoring work progress, developing collection strategies, and ensuring compliant and effective operations.

*Responsibilities*

Manage collection teams across multiple portfolios and products.

Develop and execute strategies to improve collection efficiency and ensure targets achievement.

Monitor Targets vs Achievements and take appropriate corrective actions on daily basis.

Prepare and present regular reports on team performances against Targets.

Manage relationships with Bank/NBFC officials as needed.

Handle escalated collection issues and customer disputes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

*Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collection industry.

Proven track record of managing collection teams and achieving targets.

In-depth knowledge of collection laws and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
