Job Description
- Contact customers through calls, emails, SMS to recover overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs, loan repayments, and outstanding balances.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
- Achieve assigned collection targets and recovery objectives.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts based on aging buckets.
- Escalate high-risk and non-responsive accounts to senior management for further action.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Credit, and Legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and fair collection practices.
- Handle customer queries and disputes related to loan repayments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
