Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Customers ko call karke pending payment ki reminder dena.
- Overdue EMI collect karwana.
- Payment delay ka reason samajhna aur solution dena.
- Payment follow-up maintain karna.
- CRM/Excel me call aur payment status update karna.
- Customers ke saath professional aur polite communication rakhna.
- Daily collection target achieve karna.
Skills Required:
- Good Hindi communication (English basic ho to better).
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
- Pressure me target achieve karne ki ability.
