Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 Days)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Maintain client records and update follow-up details.
• Achieve assigned targets and maintain daily reports.
• Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to handle clients confidently.
