Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CFO with strong Real Estate/Construction industry experience to manage the company's complete financial operations, project finance, cash flow, banking, taxation, MIS, budgeting, and financial strategy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete Finance & Accounts function of the real estate business.
• Manage project-wise financial planning, budgeting, costing and profitability.
• Monitor project cash flow, collections, receivables, payables and working capital.
• Prepare and review project-wise P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS.
• Monitor construction/project costs against approved budgets and identify cost overruns.
• Manage project finance, debt, working capital limits and fund requirements.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors and financial institutions.
• Handle financial planning for land acquisition, development, construction and new projects.
• Monitor sales collections and customer receivables in coordination with the Sales/CRM team.
• Ensure proper accounting of project expenses, contractor payments, vendor payments and advances.
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, RERA and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and legal advisors.
• Establish strong internal financial controls and approval systems.
• Identify financial risks, fraud risks and cash-flow risks and implement controls.
• Analyze EBITDA, Net Profit, Gross Margin, Project ROI and Cost-to-Revenue ratios.
• Support the MD/CEO in investment decisions, project feasibility and business expansion.
• Conduct financial feasibility and due diligence for new real estate projects and acquisitions.
• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team across corporate office and project locations.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to management for improving profitability and business growth.
• Must Have – Real Estate ExperienceStrong experience in Real Estate Developer / Builder / Construction Company.
• Knowledge of project accounting and project-wise profitability.
• Experience in project finance and fund raising.
• Strong understanding of RERA financial requirements.
• Experience managing land/project acquisition finance and construction finance.
• Strong banking and investor relationship management.
• Experience handling multiple projects/entities simultaneously.
