Job Opening: Chat Support Executive (Work From Home)Position: Chat Support Executive

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Location: Work From Home

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer conversations on WhatsApp.
  • Respond to customer queries related to astrology services.
  • Guide customers about reports, consultations, and offers.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and timely communication.
  • Update chat records when required.
  • Working Hours10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • 2-hour break during the shift.
  • RequirementsGood typing speed in Hindi and English.
  • Basic smartphone/laptop and internet connection.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Prior chat support or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
