Job Title: BPO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound or make outbound customer calls.

Respond to customer queries through phone.

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Follow company policies and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Customer-focused attitude.

Teamwork and time management.

Qualifications:

10+2, Diploma, or Graduate (depending on the employer).

Freshers and experienced candidates are often eligible.

Typical Salary in India:

14000 to 17000 - rest basis on interview
