Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth. Candidates must have good verbal and written English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

Negotiate and close sales opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain sales records.

Visit clients for meetings and business discussions whenever required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.com,BBA, BSc, BA, diploma, Marketing Or related field preferred).

Good English communication and presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of sales/business development experience are often eligible for this role.
