Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can take ownership of a designated area and build it like a business.

This is not a typical sales role. It is an opportunity to create, grow, and manage a local business ecosystem.

The BDM will be responsible for developing the market from the ground up, building a network of promoters, partners, and distributors, enabling them through product understanding and business clarity, and driving sustainable revenue growth in the territory.

The role requires a mix of execution, relationship-building, and on-ground leadership with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned territory as an independent business unit

• Build and nurture a network of promoters, partners, and distributors

• Identify local opportunities and growth pockets

• Enable teams by explaining products and business model clearly

• Conduct group sessions and meetings to build understanding and trust

• Support partners in their initial journey

• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders

• Expand into new towns and markets

• Share market insights and feedback with the company
