Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and career oriented Business Development Executive to be part of our founding team. You will be the first point of contact for professionals joining our platform — handling inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally and independently.dont want any candidate who don't have picture on their profile .this job is focus on looking for future face of the company for pan india .

What You Will Do:

Handle all inbound calls and WhatsApp messages from platform inquiries. Explain our platform confidently to real estate and construction professionals. Guide new members through registration and subscription process. Follow up with interested prospects. Support social media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn.

What We Are Looking For:

1 to 3 years experience in real estate or construction industry. Strong spoken Hindi and English. Confident, warm, and professional communication. Smart, mature, and calm under pressure. Active on social media — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Comfortable facing camera for reels and videos. Career oriented and ambitious. Age 24 to 32 years.

What We Offer:

₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month salary. Ground floor opportunity with a growing PropTech platform.
