Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
  • Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and New Order Forms (NOF).
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing customer base.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups for lead conversion.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by converting leads into successful business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare customized business proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
  • Regularly interact with clients by sharing product updates, festive greetings, and promotional materials.
  • Collect client feedback and request referrals from satisfied customers to generate additional business.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records, including quotation data, PI, and order forms.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation, client meetings, and pipeline status to management.
  • Handle and manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities (if applicable), including product listing, bid participation, and order processing.
