About the RoleGrowth India Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Interns to support client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth activities. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, client communication, and recruitment industry operations.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential business leads.
  • Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Schedule meetings with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
  • Present company services and recruitment solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales reports.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Support the sales and business development team in daily activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships.
