About the RoleGrowth India Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Interns to support client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth activities. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, client communication, and recruitment industry operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential business leads.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Present company services and recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales reports.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Support the sales and business development team in daily activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
