�� Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage end-to-end branch operations

· Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets

· Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team

· Develop strategic plans to expand business and increase revenue

· Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery

· Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies

· Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive work culture

�� Ideal Candidate Profile

· 5–10 years of relevant experience (Real Estate preferred; other industries welcome)

· Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

· Ability to handle teams and drive results under pressure

· Smart, confident, and goal-oriented personality

· Male candidates only
