• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Gurugram branch operations.
• Generate business through direct clients, DSAs, CAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with Government and Private Banks.
• Guide the team in loan sourcing, processing, and sanction.
• Handle high-value and difficult loan cases.
• Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff.
• Ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and timely file processing.
• Prepare daily MIS and report branch performance to management.
• Required Skills5+ years' experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Loan Consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Business Loans, CC Limits, LAP, Home Loans, and MSME Finance.
• Excellent leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Strong banking network and team management ability.
• Target-oriented with problem-solving skills.
