Job Description

Outbound Calls: Reach out to leads or cold contacts to introduce services, pitch offers, and close sales.

Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls to assist customers with orders, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Data Management: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand client needs and determine if a prospect is a good fit for the sales team.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, sales, or lead generation.
