Job Title: Computer Operator – Purchase & Billing
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator for Purchase & Billing work.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase entries and purchase invoice handling.
- Sales and purchase billing.
- Data entry and maintaining daily records.
- Maintaining stock and inventory records.
- Preparing invoices, quotations and purchase orders.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Maintaining proper documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
- Experience in purchase and billing preferred.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply.
