Backend Opearation Executive

*Manage day-to-day backend and operational activities.

*Schedule jobs, assign tasks, and monitor completion status.

*Prepare quotations, invoices, work orders, and reports.

*Track service requests and ensure timely closure.

*Handle documentation, filing, and record management.

*Resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant departments.

*Ensure compliance with company processes and SOPs.

*Support HR, Accounts, and Sales teams with operational requirements.

*Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

*Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
