Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with field executives and tele callers regarding recovery status.
Verify customer details, payment records, and documentation.
Handle data entry and backend operations related to collection activities.
Monitor pending cases and follow up with concerned teams.
Generate MIS reports and maintain accurate databases.
Ensure timely updating of payment and recovery information.
Support the collection team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Advance Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good data management and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Candidate must have basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Management).
