Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesManage and update buyer and supplier data.
  • Understand buyer requirements and coordinate with relevant suppliers.
  • Call buyers/suppliers for requirement confirmation and follow-ups.
  • Connect buyers with suitable suppliers.
  • Maintain daily records in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Follow up on pending requirements and update their status.
  • Prepare daily work reports.
  • Candidate Requirements Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-up work.
  • Responsible and willing to learn.
