Job Summary:

• The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process for the Online MBA program. The role involves counseling candidates, assessing their eligibility, providing detailed program information, and supporting them from inquiry through admission and enrollment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel prospective students regarding the Online MBA program.
• Understand applicants' educational and professional backgrounds and recommend suitable program options.
• Explain admission requirements, program structure, fees, scholarships, and career benefits.
• Guide candidates through the application and enrollment process.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions, webinars, and information sessions.
• Coordinate with academic, finance, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
