Accounts and Admin Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our daily financial operations, ensure tax compliance, and maintain accurate books of accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally Prime or Busy.

 Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B.
• TDS Management: Compute, deduct, and deposit TDS, and file quarterly TDS returns.
• Banking: Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage daily cash flow.
• Finalization: Assist in the finalization of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements for annual audits.
• Payroll: Process monthly employee salaries, including statutory deductions like PF and ESI (if applicable).
