Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all day-to-day accounting work & knowledge of Busy Software.
- Maintain Sales, Purchase, Accounts Receivable (Debtors), and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
- Create and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledger entries, and GST-related records.
- Maintain garment stock and inventory records accurately.
- Handle both manual records and system entries.
- Reconcile stock and accounts on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Busy Software.
- Experience in a manufacturing company (Garments, Fabricator, or Handicrafts preferred).
- Good knowledge of accounting, inventory management, GST, and stock handling.
- Able to handle complete accounts independently.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
